The lifetime license (currently offered at $850 USD for the first 1,000 customers, with a stated regular price of $1,700 USD) grants one customer the right to use NessFrg MetaTrader 5 (MT5) edition on one authorized computer, with no more than one active NessFrg session at a time. MetaTrader 4 (MT4) is not supported. The software may not be redistributed, resold, reverse engineered, sublicensed, or shared.

NessFrg Trading AI System is software technology and does not guarantee profits, investment returns, or trading outcomes. Trading leveraged products can result in substantial losses. Customers remain responsible for their broker accounts, trading configuration, suitability decisions, and compliance with applicable law.

License suspension or revocation may occur after a valid refund, rescission, chargeback, fraud determination, material breach, or other termination permitted by the final agreement and applicable law.
