Forex and CFDs are leveraged, high-risk products. No software can guarantee a return. The eight-month historical test mentioned below is developer-reported and not independently verified. Read the Risk Disclosure before using real money.

Product and compatibility

What is NessFrg Trading AI System?

NessFrg is Windows desktop trading software that works alongside a supported MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminal. It analyzes selected trading instruments offered by your MT5 broker and can automate eligible trading actions according to its rules and your settings. It has been developed and tested primarily for Forex; compatibility and behavior may vary with other instruments.

Is NessFrg an Expert Advisor (EA)?

NessFrg is an MT5-compatible automated trading system. Its Windows application and local analysis environment should not be assumed to work exactly like a conventional single-file MT5 Expert Advisor.

Does it work with MetaTrader 4 (MT4)?

No. The current software is designed for MetaTrader 5 (MT5), not MT4.

Can I use NessFrg on macOS, Linux, iPhone or Android?

The supported installation is a compatible Windows computer. Mobile and other operating systems are not supported as native NessFrg installations.

Does NessFrg include MetaTrader 5?

No. You must separately install a compatible MT5 desktop terminal through your chosen broker.

Does NessFrg provide a Forex brokerage account?

No. You select and maintain your own broker and trading account. NessFrg does not hold your funds.

Does it trade every financial market?

NessFrg is designed for trading instruments available through a compatible MT5 broker, not exclusively Forex. Availability in MT5 does not guarantee that every symbol or instrument is suitable or fully compatible. Test each new instrument in a demo account first; the default configuration is based on the Forex pairs used in development and testing.

Does it work with every MT5 broker?

Compatibility can vary by broker, symbols, order rules, execution conditions and account configuration. No universal broker compatibility is guaranteed.

Do I need a Windows computer running continuously?

The required Windows, MT5, network and local analysis environment must be operating when you expect the system to monitor and manage trading. Interruptions may affect positions.

Does it need internet access?

Yes. Broker connectivity, license activation and periodic authorization require network access. Local AI processing does not eliminate internet requirements.

How trading automation works

Does NessFrg automatically open and close trades?

Yes. Once its entry conditions and required approvals are satisfied, NessFrg can place trades and manage configured exits automatically.

Does the AI place trades without any other checks?

No. The software applies technical qualification before its local AI review. The AI layer cannot bypass failed qualifying checks.

Which AI technology does it use?

The product describes a local Ollama-based analysis layer. The exact proprietary decision implementation is not publicly disclosed.

Does the AI train itself or guarantee improvement over time?

No. NessFrg can maintain local observations and trading experience for context, but that does not mean the underlying AI model automatically retrains or that results will improve.

Can I choose which currency pairs to trade?

You can select trading symbols available through your MT5 broker, subject to the software's supported settings and broker conditions. The default pair selection has received the most testing. Other symbols require careful demo testing.

Can I set the starting lot size?

Yes. The Control Center provides an initial lot setting for enabled pairs. Lot size affects exposure and potential losses.

Can I limit the number of active baskets?

Yes. Supported settings include maximum active baskets and limits on baskets containing a particular currency.

What is basket management?

It is the software’s automated monitoring and management of grouped trading positions under its configured rules. Proprietary recovery, sizing and decision formulas are not publicly documented.

Can I change the basket take-profit distance?

Yes. The Control Center includes a supported basket take-profit distance setting.

Does NessFrg have an economic news filter?

Yes. The described high-impact news filter blocks new entries around relevant announcements; existing baskets continue to be managed. News feeds and timing may be imperfect.

Can I use it without monitoring the account?

No. Automated execution is not a substitute for monitoring equity, margin, open positions, broker connectivity and unexpected events.

Can I see the real interface before buying?

Yes. The website includes actual screenshots of license activation, the Control Center and the live agent console.

Historical tests and trading risks

Has the software been tested over time?

The developer reports extensive testing of a default configuration covering 11 currency instruments. Independent verification and complete supporting performance records have not been supplied for publication.

Did an eight-month test double the initial balance?

The developer reports that an initial test balance approximately doubled over eight months in a historical test. This is an unverified developer-reported result, not a typical outcome, audited track record, or promise. The full test conditions, drawdown, costs and account records are not published here.

Does that mean I can double my money in eight months?

No. Absolutely not. Historical, backtested, simulated or developer-reported results do not predict future returns. You can lose substantial capital.

Are profits guaranteed?

No. NessFrg does not guarantee profits, accuracy, risk reduction or any trading result.

Can I lose all my trading capital?

Yes. Leveraged Forex and CFDs can cause rapid and substantial losses, including loss of your entire account balance. Depending on broker protections and your agreement, losses may exceed your initial deposit.

What risks are specific to automated trading?

Connectivity outages, power failure, licensing interruptions, software errors, incorrect settings, execution delays and unmonitored positions may cause unintended trades or losses.

Does the news filter eliminate news-related losses?

No. Prices can gap, spreads can widen, and liquidity can disappear before, during or after announcements. Filters cannot eliminate market risk.

Can stop-loss or take-profit orders fail to execute at the expected price?

Yes. Gaps, slippage, broker conditions and liquidity may cause execution at a different price or prevent expected execution.

Should I start with a demo account?

We strongly recommend starting with an MT5 demo account, especially when using different symbols, brokers or settings. If you choose to trade live, the tested default Forex pairs and complete default settings are the documented starting configuration, not a guarantee of safety or profits. You can lose some or all of your capital even with the defaults.

Is NessFrg financial or investment advice?

No. NessFrg sells software; it does not provide personalized investment advice, discretionary asset management or guaranteed returns.

Purchasing, license and support

How much does NessFrg cost?

The current advertised one-time software license price is $850 USD. The final amount and currency shown in Stripe Checkout govern your purchase.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No recurring NessFrg software subscription is included in the stated one-time license price. Separate broker, hosting, data, internet or third-party charges may apply.

What does lifetime license mean?

It refers to the supported life of the licensed product, subject to the Terms & Conditions. It is not a guarantee of perpetual infrastructure availability or unlimited future support.

How many computers can I activate?

One authorized Windows computer per license, with one active NessFrg session at a time.

Can I share my license with someone else?

No. The license is personal, non-transferable and subject to the restrictions in the Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I replace my computer or reinstall Windows?

Contact [email protected] from the original purchase email to request a device-binding reset. Ownership verification may be required.

What happens after successful payment?

An automated delivery email is intended to provide the software download link, personal license key and PDF installation instructions to your checkout email address.

What if my purchase email does not arrive?

Check spam and promotions folders, confirm the email used at checkout, and contact [email protected] with your payment details. Do not publish your full license key.

Is my MetaTrader password required for license activation?

The NessFrg activation screen does not ask for your MetaTrader password. Use your broker’s normal MT5 login process separately.

Does the license require periodic internet authorization?

Yes. The product requires internet access for initial activation and periodic authorization; interrupted authorization may affect operation.

Can I request a refund?

Please read the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights before purchase. Eligibility depends on the stated policy and applicable law.

Where can I read the legal terms?

See the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Trading Risk Disclosure linked in the footer.

How can I contact support?

Email [email protected], ideally from the email address used for your original purchase.
